Introduction
To provide visible, on the ground people leadership as well as cosec capability enablement for India colleagues aligned to APAC offices and functions.
Some of the Things You Will Be Doing:
1. People leadership & floor presence
First point of contact for India colleagues on staff onboarding, day‑to‑day people matters, wellbeing, problem solving, and escalation.Provide consistent on‑the‑ground support to enable smooth day‑to‑day delivery alongside functional teamsPartnership with location leaders in people’s matters and provide local nuisance to support decisions making.Cosec SME for technical support2. Capability development
