Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and define UGG marketing strategy focusing on the 3-5 years plan that are geared towards developing greater market share and profitability while providing focus and direction to the marketing team and stakeholders. Liaise with Deckers Japan management team and functional expertise of local and global team, to market the brand for continuously improving brand equity and market share, and contributing to identify and deliver brand differentiation based on a full understanding of the consumer needs and brand marketplace Support and monitor the team to execute PR/marketing/advertising plans & activities of the UGG in Japan to increase brand awareness and strengthen its positioning.
