Sam’s Club is seeking a strategic, performance-driven marketing leader to own the marketing strategy and execution supporting member retention, engagement, and loyalty.
This role is responsible for developing and leading omni-channel marketing programs that deepen member engagement, increase adoption of high-value actions and loyalty programs, and drive measurable impact across the membership lifecycle. You will translate membership goals into targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that influence behavior at critical moments — from onboarding through renewal.
This position partners closely with Membership, Marketing Intelligence, Product, and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment, performance rigor, and measurable business impact.
