Coordinate with the relevant internal & external stakeholders on the formulation of overall development budget for Management's approval, which includes construction cost, consultancy fees, content related cost, and other pre-opening cost.
Preparation of construction and renovation cost database and review of the construction cost trend in Singapore.
Preparation of Monthly Project Cost Report to update the Management on the expenditure-to-date and provide regular update on the project cashflow projection.
Manage the tender and procurement process for consultancy/construction/renovation works and ensure services are evaluated and procured in a fair and transparent manner. Propose value engineering whenever necessary to ensure cost optimization.
Manage the post award processes including assessment of monthly progress payment, evaluation of variation order, closure of final account and provide support on dispute resolution (if any)
