The selected candidate will be required to:
Ensure procurement carried out by Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL) complies with prevailing procurement policies, guidelines and procedures.
Provide advisory and guidance to TAL business units on procurement matters, including sourcing approach, approval requirements, evaluation criteria, specifications, contract terms and contract management.
Conduct and support procurement-related briefings, training workshops and communications to familiarise TAL business units with procurement policies, guidelines and processes.
Partner TAL's departments in their procurement journey by guiding them in the preparation of Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and tender processes such as needs / specifications, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions of contracts and monitoring of contract performance.
Review procurement documents, approval papers and contract-related matters to ensure completeness, compliance and value-for-money.
