This Role Will Be Responsible For MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS (M&A) review and provide necessary support to GCFO office towards endorsement of all M&A projects from securing of 'Mandate to negotiate' to actual proposal for acquisition or participation in bids or tenders for concessions. Collaborate with Group Business Development (GBD) and BUs to align project strategy and evaluations. This also include all due diligence activities across various Group Finance departments such as Group Accounting, Group Treasury and Group Tax. review project valuation, assumptions for the projections and corroborate the various scenarios based on various valuation methodologies, including requisite WACC as well as FX assumptions as relevant.
