Description
The Senior Manager, Learning Strategy & Programs – AU Operations, leads a team of 10–12 hourly and salaried learning professionals across three verticals: Leader Onboarding & Technical Development, Field Content, Compliance & Automation, and Launch Learning. This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, digital-first learning experiences across all miles of AU Operations, including Fulfilment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, and On-The-Road.

As the architect of capability development across the AU delivery network, this leader ensures that both leaders and associates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to execute with excellence. The scope includes leader academy programs, field learning automation, content governance, and end-to-end launch readiness for new buildings.
