【PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE】
As a Senior Manager, together with stakeholders’ team in each category, you will lead sourcing strategy development for key spends based on deep understanding of internal compelling business needs, and external industry/market/supplier situation. Then execute the strategy in a way to achieve company and department business goal by collaborating with multi-functional team and external suppliers by optimizing Cost, Quality, Service, Innovation capability and Supply Security. Year on year 6% effectiveness/productivity improvements are target.
In the Scope, you will manage:
• 3PL= Logistics spending is about 4 billion JPY/Yr with about 12 3PL venders.
• A&P = approx. 2 billion JPY (varies by year) with 2 ad agencies (creative and media separately) and a few POSM/pack design agencies/SNS management boutiques/research agencies
