Position Overview
**Your day to day**
+ Partner with the HR Head of/Director, HR VP, and business leaders to create and activate the business unit implementation strategy for core HR programs that positively impact each stage of the employee lifecycle.
+ Manage organizational effectiveness by consulting with leaders on key aspects of organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
+ Influence and embed the people agenda to clearly articulate strategy, key deliverables and influence action and compliance in the business.
+ Act as an influential and credible HR leader within your immediate and greater HR team, providing support, follow up, and leadership to ensure the team achieves desired results.
+ Align with the global & regional COEs to embed strategies and initiatives that support the business.
