Responsibilities

Provide strategic and people leadership for the HRIT systems team supporting all HR business functions. Own the HR technology roadmap, aligning Oracle HCM capabilities with business strategy and future needs. Partner with HR functional leaders, HRIS, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives. Lead monthly meetings with process owners to ensure proper delivery and prioritization of projects.
Lead integration efforts between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems. Guide project prioritization, delivery, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
