About the Role

Clutch is building a best-in-class Health, Safety & Environment function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to own the HSE mandate for a high-growth, multi-site production and logistics business, designing the systems, shaping the culture, and protecting every worker across our national footprint.

Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will serve as the senior HSE expert for the business: advising Operations and ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance, and leading the implementation of a Safety Management System. You will translate audit findings into sustainable programs and build the kind of safety culture where workers feel heard, hazards get reported, and leaders act.
