Description The Senior Manager Growth & Partnerships in the Global Partnerships team will play a critical role in advancing TCF’s institutional and major donor fundraising efforts globally. The role is primarily responsible for prospect research, proposal development, budgeting & financial analysis, and pipeline management, working in close coordination with TCF’s program design and implementation teams, internal support functions, and TCF Country Partners. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for managing backend fundraising systems and processes, including donor pipelines, dashboards, product shelves, CRMs and funds management tools. The role also involves active engagement and capacity-building of Country Partners to ensure alignment on programs, fundraising priorities, and donor requirements.
