About the Role
Responsible for planning and executing acquisitions / divestitures and strategic business alliances for assigned Corporate Transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Transaction Management team lead to work in partnership with business units, group functions and potential business partners to identify and assess acquisition opportunities, develop transaction rationales, formulate bid strategy and support execution thereof that will allow AIA to pursue strategically important inorganic growth opportunities.Support development of internal business case to update and seek approval/guidance from the Strategic initiative Committee (SIC) and Board regarding potential transactionsSupport the facilitation of discussion amongst multi-functional deal teams for live transactionsSupport development on all transac...
