Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Global Loyalty Marketing is responsible for leading strategy, development and activation of marketing planning, programs, products, promotions, and communications for assigned marketing initiatives across loyalty and partnerships. This role will work cross-functionally with our Loyalty and Partnerships Program Team to build marketing solutions that drive meaningful revenue and member engagement through owned, paid, and partner media channels.

+ Serve as the lead for lifecycle marketing strategy and program management across always-on 1:1 communication to drive member engagement, retention, and incremental revenue.
