Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Fund Services will be a key member of the team within Asia Operations Team responsible for managing all aspects of Fund accounting, Fund financial reporting and fund expenses with primary focus on the Company's Hong Kong and Macau Retirement Fund platforms including but not limited to:
Position Responsibilities:
Fund accounting & financial reportingCoordinate the preparation of financial reports for pension/fund platforms with relevant internal and external stakeholdersOversee the update key sections (main financial statements, notes, disclosures)Perform AI assisted reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data used in the financial reportsCoordinate fee approvals and documentation with external fund administrators, Finance team etcFund audit coordination & efficient deliveryCoordinate end-to-end fund/scheme audit activities, including timelines, deliverables, and submissions.
