Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Business Partnering Own and drive full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance across the Group Partner closely with CEO and Deputy COO to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives Provide forward-looking insights, scenario planning, and risk assessment Drive financial accountability across all markets and functions

Financial Planning & Performance Management (FP&A) Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Establish strong performance management frameworks with clear KPIs and tracking Drive variance analysis, root cause identification, and action plans Develop standardised dashboards and reporting (Power BI / ERP-driven) to improve visibility
