This role is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the Malaysia business unit, setting medium to long-term financial direction aligned with Vena Group’s strategy, and ensuring sustainable performance, value creation, and strong governance.

The role will be responsible for building out the Malaysia finance team while overseeing all finance functions, including accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, and statutory and management reporting, with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, performance insights, liquidity, capital allocation, and risk management. The position oversees treasury and financing activities, maintains robust financial controls and compliance with local regulations and Vena Group’s policies, and drives continuous improvement in finance systems and processes.
