**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Senior Manager, Field Medical, MD is a field-based medical colleague within Field Medical Affairs responsible for providing therapeutic area and product expertise across assigned geographies (WV/KY/TN/MS). The role supports Pfizer's in-line and late-stage portfolio through scientific exchange, medical engagement, customer insights, and research support, spanning a broad range of healthcare professional (HCP) and organized customer segments.

The Senior Manager, Field Medical, MD contributes to the development and execution of medical strategy by delivering accurate, balanced, and scientifically rigorous medical information; supporting research and data dissemination; and serving as a trusted medical resource to internal and external stakeholders in alignment with Pfizer policies, guidance, and medical objectives.
