About the role Senior Manager, Executive Search 

The senior executive recruiter is responsible for driving and delivering outstanding executive search results with the team and attracting and closing the best talent for adidas.

The Senior Executive Recruiter will be end responsible for leading the search (together with the team) and tasked with driving the executive search projects as end responsible point of contact for the client.  

The senior executive recruiter will be responsible for defining executive hiring needs and delivering cost effective, results oriented executive search strategies that yield the best hires (internal and external) throughout the brand, together with their project team.
