Department Summary:

Responsible for leading the strategic planning, operational execution, and continuous improvement of Epic Technology and Platform Operations. This role provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams responsible for hardware and lifecycle management, clinical and business technology deployments, environment governance, business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness, and enterprise-wide upgrade initiatives. Partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to align and execute on all initiatives, both implementation and operational functional areas.
