Essential Duties/Responsibilities
:
Lead negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) service agreements, and supply contracts. Develop and implement contract management processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Identify potential contractual risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate liabilities. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, finance, legal, and procurement, to align contract terms with project objectives. Monitor contract performance, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met by both the company and its vendors/contractors.
