The incumbent will play a vital role in planning and managing sales strategy, various action plan/tactics (with focus on premium tire) for each distributor market in a manner that each market optimizes market share growth and achieves βDanβTotsuβ status. This role consistently navigates, monitors, and supports distributors to achieve outstanding performance, hit budget in revenue and profit, and contributes to the region mission and goal.
The role will also lead and develop the Distributor Sales team.
