The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leader is responsible for building and leading a high-performance team to develop strategic portfolio and category plans. The role oversees sourcing activities, contract governance, and spend management across multiple lines of business (LOBs). The incumbent drives cost savings, service excellence, and total cost of ownership while ensuring supplier performance and compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities: Build and manage a high-performance team including Portfolio Managers, Procurement Managers, and Category Leads. Develop strategic portfolio and category plans to generate cost savings, optimize diversity spending, and enhance total cost of ownership.
