**Position Summary...**
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Shopper Funnel Health to drive growth in the number of members shopping online and increase repeat engagement. This leader will own the end-to-end health of the digital shopping funnel—from visit to conversion to retention—and ensure a steady increase in active and returning eCommerce members.

+ Own the strategy to improve funnel conversion and repeat shopping behavior
+ Analyze funnel performance (traffic, conversion, frequency, retention) to identify gaps and opportunities
+ Partner with Marketing, Membership, Product, and Analytics teams to drive acquisition and engagement strategies
+ Develop initiatives to increase first-time online purchases and reduce friction in the shopping journey
+ Build programs to improve retention, repeat purchase frequency, and lifetime value
