Position Overview
We are seeking a high calibre individual to join the Transformation and Program Management office of the CEO that is responsible for driving org wide cross functional transformation programs across operating model redesign, process optimization, strategic partnership launches and post-merger integration. This role partners closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact - improved efficiency, scalability and organisational effectiveness. In addition, the role will also entail partnering with tech leadership to ideate planning, prioritising and tracking of select product priorities.
