Leads the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring strong alignment between Brand, Sales & Supply Chain to deliver a reliable and unified sales plan. Plays a critical role in enabling commercial success by balancing demand, inventory, and financial targets.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director Finance Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate monthly demand review process.Drive regular demand updates in line with the latest net sales plan.Drive financial kick-off with Brand and channels to start marketing seasons, providing financial and volume guidance and ensuring consistent planning during execution.Drive regular discussions to align KCC with Category Leads (NS, SM, VOL & buy) for mid- and long-term planning and ensure accurate reflection in IBP.IBP: Drive consensus plan between Sales & Marketing.Act as a s...
