The Senior Manager, Data Lifecycle Management (Governance) plays a critical role in operationalizing Group Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) policies across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy Application
  Translate GRC's high-level policies into actionable and sustainable operational processes. Implement and enforce rules for data encryption, classification, and retention. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across business units.
• Remediation
  Drive remediation efforts based on audit findings, gaps, or compliance failures. Maintain audit traceability and readiness for both internal and external reviews. Partner with data owners and stewards to resolve compliance issues effectively.
