Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Cards digital acquisition across rbc.com, social channels, and external banners.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, legal, and compliance to execute mass digital acquisition strategies.
- Optimize the acquisition framework and working model with external and internal partners to drive card acquisition.
- Support ongoing management of acquisition budgets and forecasts, including proprietary digital channels, while advising on profitability optimization through strategic trade‑offs.
