• Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing tax projects, and managing budgets.


• Supervise, train, and mentor senior associates, associates, and interns on tax projects; assess staff performance and perform in-charge roles as needed.


• Identify opportunities to sell services to existing and potential clients.


• Review tax returns prepared by staff and recommend improvements for accuracy and tax savings.


• Conduct primary review of ASC 740 income tax provision engagements.
