Responsibilities

1. Corporate & Strategic Planning Lead the formulation of the Group’s annual business plan, 3-to-5-year strategic plans, and rolling forecasts in alignment with corporate objectives. Develop and manage corporate-level scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards for the real estate, infrastructure, and supporting business segments. Facilitate strategic review sessions with business units and subsidiaries to ensure alignment with market demands, regulatory trends, and corporate targets.

2. Real Estate & Infrastructure Portfolio Management Oversee the Group’s project and investment portfolio, including property development projects, infrastructure investments, and joint ventures. Monitor project pipeline (residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments), tracking financial health, progress, and strategic fit.
