Position Overview. Autodesk is hiring a Senior Manager to lead our Global Contingent Workforce program. You’ll own strategy, operations, and MSP performance across North America, LATAM, and expanding EMEA markets—driving a more standardized, compliant, and scalable way to engage external talent.

You’ll lead a team of 4 regional managers, partner with senior leaders across the business, and work closely with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence globally are essential.
