This senior leadership role is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of capital projects ranging from $50K–$1.5M, with 5–15 active projects at any given time. You will lead facilities-related construction and renovation projects within complex laboratory, office, and regulated life sciences environments while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.
