Role: Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Location: Mumbai (Fort)

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Rewards

• Manage salary structures, compensation frameworks, incentive plans, and annual compensation review cycles.
• Support salary benchmarking, increment planning, promotions, and variable pay administration.
• Develop and analyse CTC structures, compensation costs, and reward programs.

Payroll Management

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across employee categories.
• Handle payroll reconciliation, full & final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, reimbursements, and payroll MIS.
