(What the role is) To enable Community Arts & Culture as a means of building and bridging communities, and empowering a volunteer-driven arts movement. This person would be required to build meaningful relationships with Community Arts & Culture Clubs (CACCs) volunteers and partners, collaborate with other PA Divisions and external groups to enhance and promote collaborative efforts to benefit the community and to present a high quality and refreshing programmes including Chingay and PAssionArts events. To build capability of key drivers of CACCs including staff supporting the community arts movement.
