We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic operator to own the commercial economics behind how we monetize and optimize our SaaS and payments business throughout the customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Payments Operations, Customer Operations, and Product, with a primary focus on strategic deal desk governance, margin optimization, commercial approvals, and revenue quality.
The role is heavily focused on evaluating deal structure, payment economics, customer profitability, renewal quality, and monetization performance to help drive scalable and profitable growth across the business.
