We are seeking a dynamic **Senior Manager** within our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) Division to serve as a Portfolio Lead, Senior Program Manager, and Launch Manager—driving and expanding ICF’s utility business throughout New Mexico. This role is designed to be highly flexible and adaptable, enabling you to support a variety of projects and program models based on business needs. The Senior Manager will be assigned to different portfolios across New Mexico, offering a unique opportunity to shape, build, and scale a portfolio within a fast-growing business.
