Purpose of the positio:

The role will be responsible for ensuring future-readiness in line with the manufacturing strategy by driving capex planning as well as facility planning of respective shop for all upcoming projects as per stage of the program with suitable process and layout. 

Dimensions of the position:

Financial: Responsible for estimation co-ordination of 

1. Shop Strategy Planning with P&M CAPEX for PVBU+EVBU

2. To meet Facility readiness timeline Gen3 process to achieve business goal for new and variant introduction.

Non-financial: 

Personal Profile:

Education : Graduation in Engineering (MBA Operations / Finance preferred)
