**Role summary:**
We are looking for a talented Senior Manager of Business Strategy to lead the ideation and development of Walmart+ fulfillment benefits such as InHome Delivery, Returns from Home, and net-new eCommerce benefits. The ideal candidate is obsessed with saving members time, money, or both through the lens of membership offerings. This individual can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This Senior Manager must lead large scopes of work while also being a team player, collaborating cross-functionally and influencing partners across the organization.
