Senior Manager Business Process Excellence at Boehringer Ingelheim Fremont, Inc. in Fremont, CA (Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from this office 60% of the time)

**Job Duties:** Work with Site leadership to identify critical areas where there is a business need to execute continuous improvement projects. Create a business case for the change proposed and validate the need through data analysis. Determine the appropriate metrics to apply to initiatives and projects (e.g., productivity, cost savings, number of projects underway, deviations). Develop, implement, update, and maintain strategy and methodology for business process excellence/continuous improvement including Execution and Improvement Methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
