Strategy and Insights
Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize business strategies and timing of strategy roll out in a roadmap. Support the implementation of strategies by ensuring proper planning is carried out by the project team key stakeholders are engaged and aware of the initiative for buy-in. Work effectively across divisions and functions to determine business goals and perform budgeting/forecast exercises. Ensure that the business is on track financially and strategically by providing regular performance reports and trends. Ability to frame up business issues and pain points into actionable insights. Drive external communication such as board decks for strategy and roadmap presentations, commentaries for quarterly announcements, risk committee decks etc Prepare related material as a briefing for the CTO prior to external communication. Work with Finance and the...
