Responsibilities:
Transformation Initiatives
Leads assigned end-to-end project management of Business Control Transformation initiatives, including process design and reengineering, system implementations, and organizational change management. Team up with the Central BPO & Transformation organization to ensure a clear RACI on deliverables and execution of the system developments by the BPO team. Strives for the most effective and efficient Business Control end-to-end work process design, synchronizing well and closely coordinating between the organizations doing the work, the systems / tools supporting the work, and the policy / governance guiding the work. Team up with FP&A and overall Finance organization to ensure timely and quality project deliverables including internal reviews and sign off by FP&A leadership.
