As the travel ecosystem evolves and new distribution and payment models emerge, the BSP is at a pivotal moment. Its share of global passenger sales is declining, signaling the need for a renewed strategic focus to protect its relevance and unlock new growth. To address this inflection point, IATA is launching a BSP Growth Programme built around two pillars: (1) Retention and Growth of BSP Participation, and (2) Product Development and Innovation.
