Are you interested to shape the global brand strategy and lead the whitespace expansion of a Singaporean brand? The Brand and Business Development Senior Manager (Private Labels) will be responsible for leading the global brand equity, portfolio strategy, and international market expansion of one of our private label brands. He/ she will also be required to:
Identify consumer needs/ insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across multiple markets. Study quantitative and qualitative data to identify issues/ opportunities. Lead the development of the Brand Strategic Plan and Regional/Global expansion strategy. Lead the development of the Brand's 24 month rolling New Products Pipeline from ideation, to concept development to NPD qualification to regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits.
