The Senior Manager is responsible for leading, managing and controlling all operational activities related to Assets & Liabilities (Corporate/Retail) and to provide support to Specialised products and Islamic operations team to ensure efficient functioning of both the Units. The role ensures full adherence to regulatory framework, Bank’s internal policies and operational service standards. The incumbent ensures accurate and efficient processing, strong operational controls, effective risk management and high service quality. The role also supports the strategic objectives of the Assets & Liabilities (Corporate/Retail: Loan/finance and Deposit) business by ensuring operational readiness, system enhancement, overseeing quality assurance on contracts and continuous process improvement.
