Service Operations Manager has overall responsibility of running the Service Function of an Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and implement maintenance systems and records. Conceptualize methods for reduction in callbacks and monitor effectiveness methods. Conceptualize systems and methods for reduction of annualized hours per unit Develop and improve rapport between customer and company. Developing & meeting Business plan forecast. Manpower planning.
