About the Role

1.Responsible for driving relationship management / strategic alliances across AIA Agency Force through targeted groups.
2. Plan and execute business strategies and plans for the Agency Force to achieve the top line targets through new business sales expansion.
3. Work together with Agency Executive Team in driving the business thru respective areas and sales driven strategies.
4. Lead and groom a team of Agency’s Channel Managers in achieving the unit goals.
5. Implement segmentation strategies to growth CS sales and increase the market share in CS business, both in conventional and Takaful space, in the respective area/ regions and targeted groups.
