**What you'll do...**
The Senior Manager will lead the implementation of business solutions by building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying business needs, and executing key processes and initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Middle Mile optimization along with strong technical capabilities. The position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and reports to the Director of Inbound/Outbound Transportation. This is an on-site role and is not open to remote or hybrid candidates. The team is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize load planning across the middle mile network. It plays a critical role in driving business growth within outbound transportation by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to unlock optimization opportunities.
