Has strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to sell and consult with external brand partners
Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Demonstrates strong generalist capabilities, with the flexibility to move across problem statements and projects
Shows the potential to grow beyond execution into
product thinking and cross-functional leadership
Can actively collaborate with product teams to conceptualize and build new performance-driven ad products
Is highly trainable, adaptable, and scalable in scope and responsibility
