[What the role is]
The Head of Agency has extensive expertise and experience in domains in social services to supervise strategic initiatives, corporate governance, resource management, organisation, and capability development. They establish and monitor key indicators of the organisation's impact and financial health and prepare strategic plans and annual budgets for approval by the board of trustees. They develop and review framework for the organisation’s operating guidelines and standards, direct the implementation of corporate policies in accordance with governance regulations and drive improvements to the service delivery and operational efficiency. They represent the organisation at external events and are responsible for fostering collaborations with external agencies.
