The Research and Administrative Facilities (RAF) department manages the operations and maintenance of research and administrative buildings, including both the Bastrop and Smithville campuses. The RAF team also includes parking and transportation, audio visual and event operations, as well as the exterior site operations, all of which support all the Houston campuses and properties.
The RAF team values honesty, openness, empowerment and expects everyone to lead by example. We strive to be a group of high performing individuals, unified as a team, providing excellent customer service in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least a 3rd grade stationary engineer license issued by the City of Houston.
